All dogs more than three months of age must be licensed.
The standard licensing period runs December 1 to January 31.
License applications after January 31 are subject to a late penalty.
Licenses may not be transferred from one dog to another.
Licenses purchased are non-refundable.

Provide your Account ID and Password or a past license number. If valid, a shopping cart is made having your renewing licenses.
To purchase new licenses, return to this page and select the new items.
When you have all the items you need, click 'Check Out' from within the shopping cart to complete the process.
Click the appropriate license item from those to the right to add it to your shopping cart.
Choose Puppy Registration if any of the following apply:
- Dog became 3 months of age after the first day of July.
- Dog was purchased from outside the state after the first day of July.
Choose New Dog Registration if any of the following apply:
- Dog became 3 months of age within the last 30 days.
- Dog was acquired within the last 30 days.
- Dog was brought from outside the state within the last 30 days.
Otherwise, choose Late Registration.

Licenses are sent through the postal mail. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing and delivery.
